The course will cover public procurement law and particularly the three most prominent international public procurement regimes: the European Union (EU), the World Trade Organisation (WTO), and the United Nations International Commission for Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in its economic and political contexts. It will then focus on the reforms of public procurement across the globe and the innovations brought by social, industrial and environmental challenges. Finally, the course will cover the discipline of existing remedies under the EU Directives and International regimes.
