Le DU « familles et sociétés » a été pour moi un vrai plus, pour acquérir une démarche d’observation, d’étude, et d’analyse qui permet une meilleure compréhension de la famille et des mutations qu’elle subit dans une société en constante évolution.

J’ai souhaité faire partie du Pôle international suite à mon inscription au « Buddy Program », qui m’a permis de connaitre et aider des étudiants venus du monde entier à s’intégrer à Lyon. Devenir membre du Pôle m’a par la suite semblé comme une évidence. Je peux ainsi participer à organiser des évènements dans une ambiance très internationale, tout en pratiquant l’anglais. C’est une expérience très enrichissante !

Les cours et morceaux soigneusement choisis, sur lesquels nous travaillons, sont de beaux ferments d’ouverture et de croissance pour notre identité d’ostéopathe.

Jens chose this program as it fitted it résumé. He wanted to specialize in trade and corporate in Germany. He said that this program gave him ‘the chance to have a deeper look’ at those issues. He also added that ‘international law firms appreciate’ the fact that students have studied abroad.

He’s now doing an internship at the United Nations in New York. He said that “from a career perspective, I was always interested in the cross border aspect of law and the LL.M. program at the UCLy certainly opened those doors for me. Right now I am working at the United Nations as a legal trainee, which had everything to do with my international academic experiences. »
