Après quatre années dans l’enseignement supérieur (LLCER), j’ai décidé de me reconvertir et d’intégrer le Bachelor Développement Touristique car j’avais déjà développé un intérêt pour le secteur touristique lors de mes études de langues, littératures et civilisations étrangères.

Suivre le programme de préparation aux examens Cambridge proposé par L’ESTRI a été une expérience très enrichissante.

Personnellement, j’ai été très satisfaite de la formation au DEMF ! Actuellement médiatrice familiale à temps plein dans un service, je réalise à quel point la richesse des enseignements reçus m’a bien préparée à ce travail…

Titulaire d’un diplôme de cadre de santé, j’ai pourtant cherché à poursuivre un cursus universitaire en philosophie et management pour étayer ma pratique de directrice d’une structure de soins et de prévention. La philosophie m’a apporté le recul nécessaire à l’analyse des situations de management et à la découverte d’une posture adaptée et mesurée. Cette formation m’a permis de renforcer la confiance de mes collaborateurs et d’asseoir ma légitimité et mon autorité sans autoritarisme. La philosophie permet un retour vers le soin, au sens du care, ce qui est primordial pour les professions de soignants ou du secteur socio-éducatif. Elle m’a permis l’ouverture vers les sciences humaines et l’articulation du technique, de l’expertise avec les valeurs humaines à défendre dans les institutions soignantes ou éducatives.
