The Faculty of Law of UCLy proposes several Master programmes entirely taught in English
Master 1 / LL.M. in International Business Law
Master 2 / LL.M. in European and International Trade & International Investment).
The range of taught topics in the programmes covers international contract law, international investment agreements, international commercial transactions, dispute resolution and arbitration of commercial and investment disputes, to quote but a few.
The courses are taught by our Faculty members, distinguished visiting professors and leading practitioners. The Faculty members who are involved in teaching specialise in many related to topics to the programme such as Public International Law, International Business Law, European and International Trade, International Commercial Arbitration, International Investment and Investor-State Arbitration.
