Business lawyers must increasingly deal with issues that transcend national boundaries. This course addresses issues of private business enterprises investing, producing, and marketing their goods and services in the international marketplace; national and supernational regulation of the activities of such businesses; expropriation and political risks; and policy issues relating to the existence of multinational corporations. This course has been approved to be taught in a live classroom setting or an online format.
> Students should take 6 credits on the "Required Courses" section and 6 credits in the "Elective Courses" section during the SPRING semester.
