You're coming in the framework of an academic exchange
First of all, you need to check whether there is a cooperation agreement between your home university/your faculty and UCLy allowing student exchanges.
You can consult our list of international partner universities, or contact your home university's International Relations Office.
Follow the steps! :
1. Contact the International Relations Office at your home university to check if there is an agreement for student exchange between UCLy and your home university.
2. Follow your home university's procedures to apply for an exchange semester. Your home university will screen your application according to their own specific criteria.
3. Once your application to the exchange program is validated by your home university, they will nominate you with UCLy. In order for UCLy to consider your application as an exchange student, nomination by your home university is mandatory.
4. When your nomination has been accepted by UCLy, you will receive the instructions for application. Usually, the UCLy department where you have been nominated contacts you.
5. Follow the instructions and pay attention to the deadlines!
Note that the International Relations Office is not in charge of your academics at UCLy. If you have questions related to admissions, classes and schedules, learning agreement, grades, etc. please contact directly the appropriate department.
