Presentation

Mrs. Cécile Pellegrini is a lecturer in Law at UCLY Lyon Catholic University and a member of the CONFLUENCE: Sciences et Humanités research unit. She is also an associated member of the Centre de Recherche en Droit International Privé (CREDIP).  She teaches various subjects at the Faculty of Law and runs the Master I and II degrees of International Business Law ( LLm). Her work focuses on Private International Law, International Contract Law, European Consumer Law and the law applicable to new technologies and in particular, AI governance.
